All of our orders are shipped by PostNL or DHL depending on your choice during check out. In stock items (excluding product requests) are shipped within 1 working day after receiving the payment. Orders are only shipped on weekdays. It can take a maximum of 3 working days to receive your package within the Netherlands, up to 5 working days for Belgium and Germany, or up to 14 working days for any other EU countries. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, customs or taxes. You will receive an email from our carrier when your order is being shipped and handled. Please note that delivery notes and requests such as doorbell is broken, do not deliver in the morning etc. cannot be communicated to the shipping companies and can therefore not be guaranteed to be fulfilled. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. When an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the return fee and possible re-shipping of the parcel. Any shipping costs charged to us by delivery companies will not be refunded.
For all European orders, there are no customs charges. For placing an order outside of Europe please contact us first. Customs charges do apply on international orders outside of Europe.
We offer a spectacular gift wrapping service starting from €0,50 per product. Perfect for that special someone or just to spoil yourself a little extra. Please select the gift wrap option on the product page of your desired item, please make a note in the comments section at the order page if you have any special wishes.
Pick up service
You can collect your order at one of our events. Please have a look at our events calendar to see which event we will be attending next. You can select the pickup service at the check-out page. To enable pick up service please enter ”NLPICK” as your postal code and pick up service will be automatically selected. You cannot reserve an item by sending us a message.
Samples + free gifts
All orders (except when purchasing beauty boxes & samples) will be shipped with free samples. The amount, size or quantity of samples and/or free gifts is based on the order amount and order frequency. Comments asking for additional free samples will be ignored.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We refund only for damaged or incorrect items. When you have selected the wrong item yourself (such as size, color etc.) you may exchange the item for the correct size. Return shipping needs to be paid by the buyer. We do not refund or exchange opened beauty products because of hygienic reasons. Unopened beauty products that have no sealing are included in this rule as well. Please contact us if you need to return or exchange your item. Beauty / Ttalgi boxes
Please be aware that the products we offer in the beauty boxes normally come at a much higher retail price. Therefore if you order more than one box your order will be combined and shipped into one box. If you would like two (or more) separate boxes you have to pay an additional shipping fee of €4,95 per box. Because the value of the beauty boxes are really high compared to the price we offer discount codes do not apply on beauty boxes.
Canceling your order
If you have not paid for your order yet, you can cancel your order within 24 hours for free. When you have paid for your order and would like to cancel you have to pay the transaction fees.
