Hi there, we are happy to see you are interested in our custom cases! We make cases for ANY type of phone so let’s get straight into the details.

♡ Shipping & Packaging ♡

Every order is securely wrapped to prevent any damage during transport. All Deco den cases are wrapped in a special box and then covered in bubble wrap before entering the envelope.

• Shipping rate: there is a set rate for custom cases, you can see the price when entering your address in the checkout page.
• Packaging: all cases are securely wrapped in a special box.
• Gift wrapping: all cases can be gift wrapped before shipping.

♡ Waiting & handling time ♡

Please order your case well in advance to make sure you receive your case on the desired moment. The waiting and handling time all differs per order.

• Blank cases: we always have several blank cases from popular models in stock however, when we do not have a blank case for your phone in stock it can take around 2 to 4 weeks for the case to arrive.
• Design: when ordering you can put all your requests in the comments section at the checkout page. Please fill in all your details correctly so we can contact you if we have more questions.
• Making: it takes one week for us to make your case including the drying process. After your case has fully cured it is ready for shipment.
• Cancellation: cancelling your order is not possible at any time when we have started processing your order.

♡ Customization options ♡

You case is made to order which means we take all the time to make sure the case perfectly fits your wishes and needs. You can easily customize your case with the following options:

• Add a portrait: any picture or image can be added to your case. (no graphic content, image must be trademark free)
• Choose colored cream: we can make translucent cream or normal cream in any color except for black. We can also add in glitters.
• Nendoroids: we can add one or two nendoroids per case. We currently have several Sailor Moon nendoroids in stock however we can purchase any nendoroid you like!
• Name & text: we can add your name or a cute quote in one of the cabochons and put them on your case.
• Rhinestone edges: we can add rhinestones in any color to bling up the edges.

♡ Taking care of your case ♡

Please read this carefully when you have received your case. Proper care taking of the cases will make sure you can enjoy your cases for the longest time possible!

• Cleaning: you can clean your case easily with a cotton swab or a tissue and some water.
• Handling: decoden cases are different then standard cases so you should handle them with a little more care, do not trow them in your bag or in your pocket to prevent damage.
• Damage: the whipped cream is flexible and water proof, which makes sure all cabochons adhere perfectly and can withstand a little shock. If a cabochon does fall of in time, you can easily reattach it with a strong glue.
