I could notice the change just after a few days. It really does wonders. Since i have a bad sleeping shedule from work and stress. This really helps a lot in my skincare and improved my skin. My skin has a nice glow to it. It’s really true that it really doesn’t taste bad however if i am honest. I do have a little trouble with taking in the powder. It’s easily fixed with some water.
