I have combo skin during the warmer months but dry and dehydrated skin during the colder months. I also have rosacea. This toner is amazing! I love it. It really hydrates my skin right after the double cleansing, sinks into my skin quite quickly, leaving what feels like a super thin protective layer (but not clogging, it still allows the other products of my routine to sink in as well). Combined with the A’PIEU Madecassoside Ampoule, I noticed that they have some sort of cooling effect, which is wonderful as with rosacea, I often have flushes (sudden extreme redness and skin becomes super hot as if it was burning). My skin then feels hydrated, refreshed and cooled down. Really in love with this one!
