   This hair cap had some positives and negatives for me. On the negative side, using it was quite impractical (you have to wash your hair first, dry it down until its damp, put it on for 10 -15 min, then step back into the shower to wash it all off). Also the cap comes with a sticker that’s meant to help you keep in place, however, even though I was quite gentle the sticker came off almost immediately and quickly could no longer be used meaning that I had to hold the cap in place for the whole duration. All of the liquid settles at the top of the cap so I would recommend moving the liquid around in the cap before opening and putting it on your head (I didn’t do this). On the positive side, I really enjoyed the smell and noticed the raspberry scent stayed for a few days. Also my hair had more volume and shine than before using it. However, I didn’t notice long lasting effects. I think its nice to use if you have somewhere special to go or attend but would not recommend if you want to have longer term benefits for your hair.
